Is Drew Barrymore pregnant?

It is very very very very very very possible that newly-engaged couple Drew Barrymore (36) and art consultant Will Kopelman (34) are expecting their first child together.

Wanna know why? Because the peeps at TMZ caught her leaving a doc's office with Will — with what looks very much like an ultrasound pic in hand. You kind of have to see it to really really really really really really believe it.

There's no doubt that that's an ultrasound pic, is there?

Although, of course, the ultrasound photo could be for numerous things, Drew has been sporting loose dresses, like this beautiful patterned dress (above/left), which she wore to KOMI Restaurant with Will, after they attended the premiere of her new movie Big Miracle, in Washington, DC, January 25, 2012.

Both TMZ and People have gone to Drew's rep for deets, and both got the "no comment." Which, as TMZ points out, is also suspicious: no denial; just no comment.

Is it me, or does Will look a little like Drew's ex, Tom Green in this pic (only handsomer...)?
