How Penelope Cruz lost her baby weight

Oh, wow! Look at Penélope Cruz at Thursday night’s UK premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (above)!

It’s only been 4 months since she gave birth to baby Leo, and she’s already got her gorj pre-pregnancy body back.

How did she do it?, you ask. DANCING and a healthy diet.

Here’s what the 37-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star told the UK’s Daily Mirror:
I love ballet and it’s a little boring for me to go to the gym because I’m used to the dancing discipline — it’s really hard but much more fun.

I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.
And you gotta love Penélope because she doesn’t take the dieting too too seriously. She even cheats once in a while. Her favourite “cheat” is actually In-N-Out Burgers:
I do it, like, once a week or once every two weeks. It’s my little treat for myself. I love the Double-Double with fries.
Hmmm. I prefer something with a little SUGAH. Like, if I were her, I’d go for the Starbucks grande soy no-water tazo chai as my cheat-day treat, and an Amy’s no-cheese pizza to boot. Oh, or nacho chips with Daiya non-cheese and avocados and Amy’s “re-fried” beans and a little SALISSSSSA!.  Yummo! How about you? What’s your favourite “cheat day” treat? C’mon, don’t be shy.
