Hilary Duff's baby Luca (PHOTO!)

Guess who's featured in the latest issue of Hello! Canada Magazine? You guessed it, of course: Our favourite 20-something new mom, Hilary Duff, her beautiful, doe-eyed little prince, Luca (3 weeks old), and her Canadian, retired-hockey-player hubby, Mike Comrie, 31.

Hello! Canada shares some of Hilary's best tweets since the birth, like, "How life has changed in such a wonderful way!" and how Luca's the "most wonderful, sweet, adorable baby."

Mike also took to Twitter to tell Hilary, "Can't express my feelings for you right now." Awww....

Hello! Canada also shares a bit about what Hilary's doing (already?) to lose weight for her next project. "Twenty minutes on the elliptical seems like an eternity," Hilary shared on Twitter.
