Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry back in court for serious allegations

Model Gabriel Aubry (36) is being investigated for criminal child endangerment for allegedly screaming at his 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, "violently yanking" her from her nanny, or pushing the nanny while she was holding Nahla. He, reportedly, has agreed to attend anger management classes and is now seeking a restraining order against the nanny, claiming that she's lying and that this is all an attempt to get in Nahla's mom Halle Berry's good books. 

In the meantime, as TMZ reports, the Department of Children and Family Services has recommended that Nahla go for counseling, that Gabriel go for the anger management counseling and, as RadarOnline reports, that Halle and Gabriel attend parenting classes.

Halle and Gabriel were due in court today, so we await news. It's believed Halle asked the judge that her ex be kept from having any contact with his daughter until the investigation is complete.
