Gwyneth Paltrow is on Twitter!

It was just brought to my attention by our fab editor, THE Amanda Factor, that Gwyneth Paltrow is on Twitter.

There is, indeed, a brand new Twitter account: http://twitter.com/gwynethpaltrow.

And there is, indeed, a brand new first tweet:

Go ahead and click on that link -- it's safe. It goes to a video of Gwyneth videoing herself walking and announcing that she is, indeed, on Twitter (and Facebook).... So, it does look like, verified account or not, @GwynethPaltrow is legit.

I wonder if, like Tori Spelling, Gwyneth will tweet cute photos of her kids, Apple (7) and Moses (5)....

As much as so many people love to hate Gwyneth, I love how she puts herself out there by using social media to the fullest -- not just to promote herself as a brand, but to share herself and her ideas, even if they are often ridiculously unrelatable.
