Guess the celebrity: Halloween edition (*crazy* costume!)

Right now, I'll have you know, I'm blogging in front of the Modern Family Halloween episode, and it is hilarious! Did you see it? "I'm trapped in the men's room and all I have on is a Spiderman suit!" BWAH! (Also my cat is sitting on my lap trying to kiss my entire face. I'm just a little distracted right now, bygones!)

So, as I'm watching, I'm flipping through some celebrity photos and -- EW! GA-AHHHH! -- I saw this one (left). It was the gnarliest costume of the night. The host of her 12th annual Halloween party at Tao Nightclub, Las Vegas, herself dressed as a Human Body.  (More below....)
