Day in the life of Gwyneth Paltrow

More Gwynny news! The 40-year-old Oscar-winning wearer-of-many hats is now the brand ambassador for Hugo Boss's new fragrance, Hugo Jour Pour Femme. To help launch her newest gig, Gwyneth spoke to WWD about working for Boss and a day, or jour, in the life of Gwyneth Paltrow.Read more: Gwyneth Paltrow: Most beautiful woman in the world? "I always say this, but it really is such a perfect job when you have kids," Gwyneth said of her new role. Try not to cringe, Lovelies — you know, by now, she means no harm to us mere mortals."I can only really do one film a year now because of my family and how it all works out, so it’s so nice for me to be able to work for a great company and, you know, I’m going to Spain next week for two days so I still get to travel and meet really interesting people and have a work interaction," she continued. In honour of the fragrance's name, "Jour," Gwyneth went on to describe her day:I wake up at 7 a.m., I get [Apple] fed, and I get them dressed in their uniforms, any bits of homework are finished. I take them to school. [Apple] gets dropped off at 8:25 a.m., and [Moses] gets dropped off at 8:45 a.m., so we have a croissant together in his school dining room and we do reading together. Then I go home and I work for one hour on all the e-mails that come in overnight from L.A. Then I exercise from about 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Then I work on Goop pretty much the rest of the day until I pick up my kids and then they have various activities.Sigh, I do enjoy Gwyneth, and this is quintessential Gwyneth. Gwyneth at her two-hours-of-exercise, croissant-eating (do they make gluten-free croissants?), LA-emails finest. I think she means well; she's just (over) sharing, as so many of us like to do. And although these quotes are definitely right up there among her most eye-roll worthy of all time — the kind that make you want to go, "oh, Gwyneth!" —  I do always admire her openness. She is who she is, and she doesn't apologize for it.Read more: Hollywood's healthiest families>Love!xo Haley-O
