David Beckham: Stoked for Royal Wedding

The Beckhams have arrived in London for the ROYAL WEDDING. And guess who's excited? DAVID BECKHAM IS SUPER STOKED.

The handsome soccer star and his preggers wife Victoria are among the celebrity guests attending Prince William and Kate Middleton's nuptials at Westminster Abbey. Their invitation probably has something to do with the fact that David is an Order of the British Empire (OBE) recipient. Wills' grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, herself gave him the award back in 2003. Cool, eh? Needless to say David loves the royals.

Here's what he says about them (via CTV): I think a royal wedding, it's amazing. It really is amazing. Our country needs it. Our country wants it. The British public love the royal family.

I was brought up around the royal family and around loving the royal family with my granddad, with my nan.

I took my nan and granddad to Buckingham Palace when I got my OBE. They were so proud. It means so much to them. My granddad served his country and they were so proud of that.

They brought me, my sisters, my mum up around the royal family and to see there is going to be one (a royal wedding) now is exciting. David actually got special permission to go to the wedding --  from his team, Los Angeles Galaxy. David and Victoria left yesterday with their sons Brooklyn (pictured above; 12) Romeo (8) and Cruz (6).
