Celebrity holiday baby news: What you missed

So, we didn't actually miss a lot over the holidays. I was away for a week with my family... #DarkTO happened: My house was powerless and frozen for seven days. When we got home yesterday — lo and behold! — my house was flooded from top to bottom. It was full-on raining in there.... I'm in a bit of shock right now, but there's not much I can do other than wait, and write! We're in a hotel until we find a more permanent living situation.

"Look out the window, Mama! New York City!" Except for the loss of "Doggie" and "big yellow bear," the kids are loving it...

Anyway, while all this was going on in my world..., celebrity stylist/designer/reality-TV star Rachel Zoe had her baby. Among other things, this might mean her bestie Gwen Stefani is due soon. Rachel gave birth to a baby boy on December 22, and announced the news on Twitter:

"So excited to welcome our baby boy into the world...he's 7 lbs 12 oz, beautiful, healthy and we couldn't be happier."

The next day, December 23, Rachel posted the above beautiful baby photo on instagram and her website with a note to fans, sharing the baby's name — "Kaius Jagger Berman, aka 'Kai.'"

This is the second child for Rachel and her husband, Roger Berman. They're also parents to two-year-old Skyler.

Congrats to them!

In other news, Jersey Shore fans (and others) will be amused to learn Snooki's best friend, JWoww, is preggers! JWoww and her on-again-off-again fiancé, Roger Mathews, are expecting their first child. Snooki is currently over there giving her preggercy advice.
