Did you watch the Tony Awards last night? Did you happen to catch Catherine Zeta-Jones' acceptance speech after she won "Best performance by a leading actress in a musical for 'A Little Night Music'"? Because I need to know I'm not the only one who thought that, while, yes, she looked absolutely stunning in her powder-blue "Cinderella" Atelier Versace gown, the acceptance speech was a little, erm, "Broadway." Yes?!

While, perhaps a tad Julie Andrews for the Catherine Zeta-Jones we all know and love, you've gotta love the sexy nod she gave to hubby Michael Douglas. Recap: "AND THAT MAN THERE WHO'S A MOVIE STAR, AND I GET TO SLEEP WITH HIM EVERY NIGHT." Awesome! But, of course, Zeta-Jones regrets the "crass" remark. Here's what she told London's Daily Mail:
I can't believe I said something like that. Just can't believe I said something as crass as that.... Boy, I could have said something worse and then I'd really be in trouble.... Mind you, the problem with saying that I get to sleep with Michael every night is that it was done on television and it's on tape forever.
Well, it wasn't that bad! I thought it was rather endearing. Rather awesome! And, hey, you know we're all thinking it!
Zeta-Jones and Douglas have been an item for almost 10 years now, and they have two children together, Dylan Michael, 9, and Carys Zeta, 7.
So, what'd you think of all this? Too broadway? Too crass? Love? Notsomuch?
