Canadian singer Measha Brueggergosman is pregnant!

Congrats are in order for Canadian singing sensation, Measha Brueggergosman, who turns 35 at the end of the month. She's six months pregnant!

What a year so far for Measha. She just released her exciting new album, I've Gotta Crush on You (in the jazz/pop genre), and she really was an awesome judge on Canada's Got Talent, which recently wrapped up its first season, and now she's having a baby — a boy! — with her husband, a paramedic-in-training, Markus.

"Thank goodness for empire dresses," she told The Toronto Star. Measha had wanted to keep the news private as long as possible because, sadly, she miscarried twins when she was five months along in her last pregnancy.

I met Measha at the press junket for Canada's Got Talent, when I interviewed Martin Short, and she totally glows under all that hair. Love her! Here's a photo my lovely colleague Laura Grande took (above left).
