Bump watch: Hilary Duff stays fit & chic in stripes

Hilary Duff (23) just announced her pregnancy, so it's no surprise photos of her are everywhere -- the bump watch is ON! And Hilary's rising to the occasion with smiles, a gorj glow, STRIPES and a scarf to hide all signs of bumpage. She knows what she's doing with that scarf, doesn't she, Gorgeouses (who can blame her?) -- and she's totally doing it in style.
