Beyoncé & Jay-Z are expecting a girl, sources say

I have to say we didn't do the whole pink thing for my daughter when she was born. Her nursery was actually a bluish-purple colour (ahh, memories!). And the only reason her room is pink now is because she herself chose it when we repainted the house a couple of years ago. Her brother, of course, chose blue for the colour of his room.

Anyway, sources for In Touch Magazine are saying Beyoncé (30) and hubby Jay-Z (41) have already started shopping for their baby -- a GIRL! And apparently, we can assume there will be a lot of sparkles and pink in the wardrobe because Beyoncé's a "girlie girl." Sources for the mag say she's already been splurging for designer baby clothes "ranging from Gucci and Louis Vuitton to Gap and OshKosh B'gosh.

"Her family's afraid there won't be anything left to buy for her baby shower in December," a "close friend" of Beyoncé told the mag.

“Beyoncé is thrilled she’s having a daughter,” the friend says. "She and her mother are so close, and she’s wanted to have that relationship with her own child.”
