Baby arrived yesterday afternoon (Thursday, March 14), weighing in at six pounds, eight ounces, the couple confirms to People Magazine.
And the name is...
Riley Anne Mesnick.
Pretty! Baby Riley is Jason and Molly's first child together. She joins half brother, Tyler, 8 — Jason's son from a former marriage.
