I did NOT look nearly that good at the end of my pregnancies, so kudos to Alyson. She doesn’t even look swollen despite the heat we’ve all had lately.

…I, on the other hand, looked just like THIS by the time my third trimesters rolled around, both in the heat of summer….

This will be the second child for Alyson and her hubby, actor Alexis Denisof, 46. They’re already parents to adorable 3-year-old Satyana.
