Ali Larter's post-pregnancy weight-loss tips!

It seems hiking with baby is the fitness activity of choice in LA. We just sawMiranda Kerr hiking with baby Flynn in stroller just yesterday. Ali Larter’s added a little more heft to who workout by carrying Teddy in a baby carrier. I’m sweating just looking at her!

In addition to hiking with Teddy, Ali says she stays fit post baby by doing yoga and pilates and always wearing her workout clothes so she’s ready in a pinch to fit in a workout. Here’s what she said recently about losing the weight so soon after giving birth:

From the morning through night, I just wear my workout clothes so that if I can grab a half an hour here or there then I’m ready to go.

…For a lot of new moms, they don’t have someone to watch the baby, so you put him in a stroller and you just go.

You can walk for an hour or two hours. It gives the baby a nap. The fresh air is so important. Get yourself outside, get yourself in nature when you can.

I love that. Now I don’t feel like such a schlepper wearing the comfortable, casual clothes I like to wear. You never know when you’ll get that workout in some days!
