And it's brickin' sweet!
After his much-loved performance in 2014's The Lego Movie, Lego Batman is finally going to star in his own film!
Following some promotional images that Warner Bros. released this week, the official trailer for The Lego Batman Movie finally came out today and it's hilariously amazing.
In the trailer, we're finally given a sneak peek into what Batman (Will Arnett) does in his downtime. So what does that include exactly? After a hard day's work, Batman comes home to an empty batcave, microwaves food his trusty butler Alfred (Ralph Fiennes) has left for him and then drops some beats.
For as long as we've known Lego Batman, he's a lone wolf, fighting evil in a pack of one. That is, until he meets Dick Grayson AKA Robin (Michael Cera) and Barbara Gordon AKA Batgirl (Rosario Dawson). With The Joker (Zach Galifianakis) lurking around the corner, waiting to spread evil in Gotham, will Batman learn how to work as a team?
But contain your emotions because The Lego Batman Movie doesn't come out until 2017.
