Lil' Kim welcomes baby girl and gives her regal name

It's a li'l girl for Lil' Kim! And you're going to enjoy the name—indeed, we expected nothing less from the famously eccentric rapper.

Lil' Kim, 39, gave birth to her new daughter at 9:58 a.m. on Monday, June 9. And the baby's name is... Royal Reign.

As People points out, Lil' Kim tweeted clues to the baby's name last month. Check out these tweets she posted in anticipation of her "royal baby shower," thrown by celebrity wedding planner David Tutera...

And well, it doesn't get any "royaler" than Royal Reign!

This is the first child for Lil' Kim. Baby Royal was born in New Jersey, at Hackensack University Medical Center, weighing in at six pounds, five ounces.  Royal's dad is reportedly Mr. Papers (also a rapper).
