Keira Knightley pregnant with first child: Confirmed

[Update Dec 12:] Keira Knightley's spokesperson confirmed the pregnancy to Vogue UK earlier this morning. 

[Original post Dec 11:] Reports are coming in that Keira Knightley, 29, and her hubby, James Righton (of the British band The Klaxons), are expecting their first child together. According to Page Six—who has "exclusively confirmed" the news—speculation began when Keira refrained from drinking alcohol and opted for a loose-fitting Rocha dress, a departure from her usual tailored look, at the Moët British Independent Film Awards, last Sunday, December 7.

Sources say Keira's beyond the first trimester. In fact, Star Magazine first reported the pregnancy last month (but, we all know how reliable they typically are not), and claimed, "Keira and her stylist have been putting together looks that hide her growing bump."

So, it looks like 2015 will be a big year for Keira. In addition to having a baby, she's set to score some big awards for the role she plays in her latest flick, The Imitation Game, for which she was nominated for a SAG Award earlier this week (so, probably an Oscar nod on the way, too).

Keira and James tied the knot in 2013. And as Page Six points out, Keira told Vogue last year about her plans for tackling motherhood and her career: “Would I want to be a stay-at-home mother? No. On the other hand, you should be allowed to do that, as should men, without being sneered at.” Amen, Sistah!
