Date night! Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel left six-month-old baby Silas at home Friday night (October 23) to attend the GLSEN Respect Awards at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. And apparently, they were all over each other! Ssssssizzle.
According to various reports, Justin and Jessica held hands when they arrived at the event, he gazed admiringly at her as she spoke to the media, he took cheesy fake pictures of her—which made her give him a li'l slap on the arm—and he whispered sweet nothings in her ear, kissed her, kept his arm around her. All over each other, you guys!
Justin, 34, and Jessica, 33, who've been married since October 2012, were being recognized at this event with an "Inspiration Award" for work they've done for LGBT youth.
In addition to thanking the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) for "leading the way to make our schools more safe, welcoming and yes, inspiring places for all our children," Justin got a little more personal than usual in his acceptance speech.
"And also, thank you for allowing Mommy and Daddy to have a rare date night out together with other adults," he said, turning to Jessica. "Honey, look around. This is what adults look like.... They don't smell like poopy diapers." Ha! Justin Timberlake said "poopy diapers"!
When it was her turn to chime in, Jessica also thanked the GLSEN organization and reflected on how it impacts her and Justin as new parents. "To be new parents is to witness up close and very personal the full miracle that every individual girl and boy really is," she said.
"Thank you for starting a trend, a change," Justin added. "A change that one day will make it possible for our own son to grow up and thrive in a world where...all he has to do is just be himself."
And then: "I'm going to stop talking now because Mommy's looking hot, and it's date night. So we're going to go home and you can figure out the rest." Whoa! He did. He said that! Sssssizzle.
