Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale divorce after 13 years of marriage

Noooooo! It has not been a good summer for Hollywood couples. Just weeks after Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their split, comes the news that Gwen Stefani, 45, and Gavin Rossdale, 49, are also divorcing.

The couple have filed for divorce and announced their decision yesterday (August 3) in a joint statement to People magazine.

"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," they said.

The couple have three sons together, Kingston, 9,  Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 17 months. It's reported that Gwen and Gavin will share joint custody of their three boys.

The rocker duo have been together for a long time. They met 20 years ago on tour—she was in No Doubt and he was in Bush. Then they got married in 2002 and Gwen wore that beautiful pink wedding gown. Next month would have been their 13th wedding anniversary.

The couple are asking for privacy during this difficult time. Gwen and the kids are trying to escape the media attention with a little mini vacation. The Voice star posted this sweet pic of her and little Apollo last week in Montana.

Such sad news to start the week.
