Pregnant Drew Barrymore, Mila Kunis hit red carpet

Check out pregnant Drew Barrymore, 39, glowing in yellow at Warner Bros. "The Big Picture" presentation at CinemaCon, in Las Vegas' Caesars Palace (March 27, 2014). The Blended star glammed it up for the major event with this vintage dress from Beverly Hills' Ludwig Boutique and trendy Dana Davis nude heels.

Drew was honoured with an award during the night and admitted during her speech to letting her pregnancy hormones get the best of her. “I’m creating life and I started crying at the destruction in that [Godzilla] trailer," she said. "It’s gonna be a huge success.” (You can check out the terrifying Godzilla trailer here; I almost cried watching it, too!)

And after watching a presentation of her career highs, Drew said, "I’m very pregnant so everything is making me cry right now and I saw that and I thought, well I guess if I die tomorrow that would be totally wonderful."

Drew is due to give birth to her second daughter next month, so she was eager to get out of her fancy clothes.  “I’m gonna go home," she said, "put on sweatpants, have this baby and then promote this movie [Blended] so that it’s successful."

Also attending the event was pregnant Mila Kunis, 30—her first red carpet appearance since word got out she's preggers! Since the news is so fresh, her gallant Jupiter Ascending costar, Channing Tatum, helped her out on the red carpet by letting her cozy up to him to hide her belly (must have been tough for her...).

Mila donned a gorgeous sleeveless blue Acne Studios dress with Saint Laurent heels, earrings by Diamond Envy, her new engagement ring...and, best accessory of all, Channing Tatum.
