Dolled up in the delivery room—mom contours through contractions

We've seen a mom whip and nae nae through labour and now a mom is contouring through contractions.

Alaha Karimi, a makeup artist from Long Island, harnessed the power of makeup to help her cope with the pain of giving birth. She put on eyeshadow, foundation, lipstick and more while contracting. Pretty impressive.

And with all those post-labour selfies, who wouldn't want to look their best. But, according to the new mom, doing makeup is just what makes her happy. It wasn't about looking good, it was just about doing what she loved so she could enjoy the experience of giving birth. Hey, whatever works!

We applaud you, Alaha for contouring between contractions. Multitasking (and maybe multimasking) is what being a mom is all about.
