We feel ya, Chrissy...we totally feel your pain!

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend welcomed sweet baby Luna last week. And while Chrissy is super excited about her little girl, she's also learning about some of the less, umm... fun aspects of being a new mom.

Like dealing with your very sore vagina. Chrissy tweeted that she bought herself a perineal irrigation bottle as a push present. Truly this is the gift all moms should buy for themselves. Actually, it's the gift someone else should buy you because you've done enough. You don't need diamonds—you need a squirt bottle to make your vah-jay-jay feel better. Even if you don't tear or need an episiotomy, your vagina is very sore and sometimes bruised after you give birth.

We recommend you try a herbal bath, Chrissy. It will help. Also, someone introduced you to the magical healing powers of the padsicle, right? You need padsicles!

Though Chrissy is right that we need to find a new name for the perineal irrigation bottle. Though I'm not sure any name will really make this process any more pleasant.

Yeah, all that stuff that happens to you post-birth is really far from glamorous. Sorry, Chrissy. But just look at that baby.
