Baby No. 2 on the way for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Kim Kardashian is pregnant!

The reality TV star and her famous rapper hubby, Kanye West, are expecting their second child. They revealed the exciting news in a big preview teaser for the mid-season finale of Kim's reality TV show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

"I just got the blood test back," she says to younger sister Khloé Kardashian in the clip, "and I'm pregnant!"

Over the past several months, Kim's been vocal about her and Kanye's difficulties conceiving a second child.

“We’ve really been trying for another kid,” the Selfish author told People back in January. “More kids can’t come soon enough!”

Last month, Kim shared even more about their struggle to conceive and how Kanye was handling the whole thing.

"We are trying," she told E! News. "We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try. It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'"

"But we're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen," she added. "So, I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me. And maybe that's when they say it happens."

The new baby will join Kim and Kanye's daughter, North West ("Nori"), who was born on June 15, 2013. Kim and Kanye were married a little over a year after North's birth, May 24, 2014, in Florence, Italy.
