Just married: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt!
Hollywood megastars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finally tied the knot! See how their six kids participated in the ceremony—and more wedding details!
Big Hollywood news today—huge!
Brad Pitt, 50, and Angelina Jolie, 39, finally got married, after nine years of non-wedded bliss, a two-year engagement, and six kids together. The couple's spokesperson officially confirmed the news to the Associated Press. The kids must be over the moon (Brad has said numerous times there was pressure from them to tie the knot already!).

The wedding took place last Saturday, August 23, at Château Miraval in the village of Correns, in France, where they've had a home—which includes an ancient chapel—since 2008.
With six kids, the small, intimate wedding seemed large enough: Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8, and 6-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne all looked on with family and friends as Mom and Dad exchanged their vows in the nondenominational civil ceremony.
The kids also took part in the ceremony. According to the couple's spokesperson, Maddox and Pax escorted Angelina down the aisle, Knox and Shiloh served as ring bearers, and little Vivienne and Zahara threw petals.

Mr. and Mrs. Jolie-Pitt are definitely keeping things interesting. The newlyweds have more big plans on the horizon. They'll be co-starring for the first time since the movie that started it all—Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005)—in an intimate drama, By the Sea, for which Angelina wrote the script. Cannot wait!
"I wrote something a few years ago for Brad and me," Angelina told People of By the Sea back in May. "Just for fun. Just an independent little art piece. Because we don't get to do those as much as we'd like. But it's something really small and experimental."

I don't know about you, but Assistant Editor Laura Grande over here is ecstatic (beyond) about this news! And I think it's pretty darn cool—love them!
This is the second marriage for Brad, who famously married Jennifer Aniston in 2000 (divorced in 2005). And it's the third for Angelina, whose former hubbies include Billy Bob Thornton and British actor Jonny Lee Miller.
