If you've ever wanted to turn your brelfie (breastfeeding selfie) into a literal work of art, now you can thanks to a new app!

PicsArt is a photo editing app that easily lets you place a Tree of Life between your breast and your baby, transforming the entire image into a canvas painting worthy of a gallery.

The best part is you don't need to be Photoshop-savvy to use it—it's done in three easy steps. First, pick the brelfie and photo of a tree that you want to use. Second, open the app and upload both photos. Alternatively, you can pick a Tree of Life sticker within the app rather than having to look for one. Third, start editing your photo by choosing a filter, rotating the tree, blending the tree in with the "blend" edit option—whatever you want. Once you're happy with the final product, you can save it to your phone.

Moms all over the Internet are uploading their Tree of Life #brelfies to help normalize breastfeeding. Making your own #brelfie is a good way to pass the time during those 3 a.m. feeding sessions.
