Peg Perego recalls Book Pop-Up Stroller due to an excess of barium.

Health Canada and Peg Perego Canada Inc. have recalled the Book Pop-Up Stroller after Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program determined that these strollers do not meet the Carriages and Strollers Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the strollers contain barium in excess of allowable limits.
The affected strollers come in Onyx with the manufacture number IPMS02NA62RO01DX13. They can be identified by the item number GCBO01NA79 and a manufacturing date of April 10, 2017, which can be found on a sticker label located under the chassis.
As of December 1, 2017 the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
Approximately 72 units of the affected products were sold in Canada between May and September of 2017.
What should you do? If you have one of the recalled products, you should stop using it immediately and contact Peg Perego Canada Inc. to exchange for a new chassis.
