In recent hairy baby news: a baby who resembles a tiny bear. At only eight weeks old, Junior Cox-Noon has more hair than some adults. Yup, he was born with all this hair, and it grows up, not down, mom Chelsea Noon told The Mirror. Doctors even told her that they've never even seen anything like it.
