Craft: Crinkle wheel

Choose paper that goes with your party’s colour palette. Cut the paper into a long strip; the longer the strip, the bigger the wheel will be. (A strip 100 cm long and 10 cm wide will make a wheel that’s 22 cm across.)

Accordion fold the strip of paper into equal-sized folds. Then arrange into a fan shape on a flat surface.

To fasten the circle, attach one end of the strip to the other using a strong adhesive (we used double-sided tape). If you’d like, add a paper button to the centre of the wheel.
