How to make a chef's hat: Step One
Measure the diameter of the child's head. Cut a piece of bristol board to that length, and three inches high. Use a hot glue gun to attach the ends.
How to make a chef's hat: Step Two
Take two large sheets of white tissue paper, and tape the edges along the inside of the top rim of the hat.
How to make a chef's hat: Step Three
Shape the tissue paper to your liking, and decorate the base with stickers and markers.
