Older models of the Pliko P3 and Venezia strollers are being recalled due to strangulation/entrapment hazard. Always strap your children into their strollers.
Always make sure your child is seat-belted in the stroller.
Health Canada is (re)issuing a recall involving older models of Peg Perego Pliko P3 and Venezia strollers (model numbers below), sold January 2004 to September 2007.
All recalled models have trays with only one cup holder. If your Peg Perego has a bumper bar or a tray with two cup holders, you're in the clear. But please double check the model numbers because this is a serious recall.

The models are being recalled because they pose entrapment and strangulation hazards — particularly to children younger than 12 months old who are not strapped into the stroller. Infants risk slipping through the gap between the seat and stroller tray, and becoming entrapped at the neck.
These strollers met all the safety regulations when they were first manufactured, and they continue to now. So always make sure your child is seat-belted in the stroller.
