RECALL: Playtex Pacifier Holder Clips

Health Canada has announced the recall of all Playtex Pacifier Holder Clips—green with a monkey design, blue with a tow truck and pink with a flower. The clips have been cracking, causing a small piece to break off, which poses a choking hazard for young kids.

There have been 43 reports of the product breaking from Canada (99 in total). Thankfully, there have been no reported injuries.

The affected products have been sold throughout Canada and the U.S. from July 2010 to  October 2013.
