RECALL: POOF-Slinky Inc. science kits

The latest toy recall involves unsafe quantities of harmful substances and insufficient labelling.

Health Canada recently announced the recall of various POOF®-Slinky® Inc. science kits. Substances in the kits contain exceed the safety limits permitted under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and regulations—and thousands of these kits have been sold without the required safety labels and warnings.

Thankfully, no injuries or incidents have been reported.
