Health Canada has recalled a number of Paldo brand seaweed snacks due to the presence of peanut.

Health Canada and Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is recalling a number of Paldo brand seaweed snacks because they may contain peanut, which is not declared on the label.

This recall was triggered by consumer complaints, which prompted the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to conduct a food safety investigation. There have been a number of reported reactions associated with the consumption of these products.

What should you do? If you or your kids have an allergy to peanut, do not consume the recalled products as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction.
