P.K. Douglass has recalled their rubber ducks due to a possible choking hazard.
P.K. Douglass is recalling two of their bath duck sets: a four piece set with one large duck and three small ones, UPC code 058445295093, as well as a seven piece duck with tub set, UPC code 058445299411.
The ducks are being recalled due to possible choking hazard for small children or infants since the visible squeaker at the bottom of the ducks can be removed. As of January 13, 2017, there has only been one report of the squeaker detaching in Canada and no reports of injury.
Approximately 6,048 units of the 4-piece set were sold in Canada between February 2014 and December 2016. Approximately 4,320 units of the 7-piece set were sold in Canada between May 2016 and December 2016.
What should you do?
