RECALL: Heinz baby food

Six Heinz baby food products have been recalled due to risk of spoilage.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced a recall involving six Heinz baby-food products. Heinz Canada has issued a voluntary recall due to a defect in the packaging that may lead to product spoilage.

The following 128-mL pouches have been recalled: *Peas zucchini and spinach *Sweet baby vegetables *Beef bolognese with vegetables *Beef butternut squash rice spinach *Tuna sweet corn chowder *Butternut squash apricot peas couscous

According to the CFIA, no incidents have been reported, and Health Canada has assessed the risk as "very low to remote," but they are warning the public not to consume the products. If ingested, possible symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain.
