Munchkin Baby Canada Inc. has recalled four styles of their Munchkin Latch Lightweight Pacifier & Clip (sold as a set) due to a choking risk. Approximately 16,000 units of the recalled sets were sold in Canada between July 2014 and February 2016. Here are the affected products:

  • Munchkin Latch Lightweight Pacifier & Designer Clip, 0m+, Natural Shape (Item Number: 43662 / UPC: 3528243662)

  • Munchkin Latch Lightweight Pacifier & Heartbeat Clip, 0m+, Natural Shape (Item Number: 43764 / UPC: 3528243764)

The choking risk involves the decorative colour disc which may detach from the metal plate of the pacifier clip. Munchkin Inc. has received 10 reports of the disc detaching (5 in the Canada and 5 in the U.S.) with no reported injuries.
