I've been taking these tablets for 6 days now and have misplaced about 4 lbs which is quicker than I've ever misplaced pounds with diet/exercise alone. By the way, I am 6ft female who weighs about 210 lbs. I tend to shed three or 4 lbs during my first 7 days of a diet regime and workout regimen. (I also tend to have a very good deal drinking water pounds.) Since starting these tablets, Ive been executing cardio for thirty mins a working day (step aerobics or speed walking) and ingesting plenty of fruits, veggies, and wholegrains. I abide by the instructions accordingly and acquire the tablets on an empty stomach and am consuming plenty of drinking water afterward. I've had a single small headache which completely went away immediately after consuming a glass of drinking water so I guess its essential to stay pretty hydrated on this stuff. I also just noticed that when I printed out the recipes, I only got the Imperial measures for the ingredients and not the metric ones. I still have both sets of measuring cups and spoons because my older recipes are all in cups and teaspoons but I know some people only have the metric version.
If the metric measures are included in the website recipe, why are they removed when I print from the website?

In the soup recipe, I think you meant to say allow to "cool" not "cook" after you take it off the heat!!
