Basic vinaigrette dressing
This is a no-nonsense dressing which can be used as is, or be the start of some more elaborate concoction. Use any kind of oil you like, and whatever vinegar you happen to have in the house. Experiment with different oils and vinegars (or try lemon juice instead), add herbs, spices, grated cheese, garlic, ketchup, mustard — mess around with this and see what you come up with.

This set of recipes was put all together. What are the ingredients for each type of dressing? Does each dressing contain the same ingredients (all those listed)? Confusing.
