- 1 to 2 servings
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese (regular or low fat)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
- Mix together all of the above ingredients in a bowl (or a food processor) until completely smooth.
- Serve with whatever sliced fresh fruit you happen to have around – apples, pears, oranges, bananas, kiwi fruit.
