- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl until combined. Use right away or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month.
Combine 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour with 1 ½ cups all-purpose to increase the fibre in the mix.
