Keeping an anxiety journal can help keep bad thoughts at bay during pregnancy.

It worked for our Managing Editor Katie Dupuis: "List your anxious thought, how it makes you feel, and the evidence for the worry (for me, it was symptoms I was experiencing) and against (I allowed myself to look at reputable health websites only — just the facts).
