Alicia Keys dazzled in black and gold
Alicia Keys, who took the stage with Bonnie Raitt to perform a beautiful tribute to Etta James, looked sharp in this sleek little black dress by Alexandre Vauthier, and Christian Louboutin shoes.
The dress's high gold collar and huge shoulder pads (which were complemented by the Grace-Jonesish updo) could have tripped it into the realm of bizarro, but somehow it all works.
Alicia is mom to 15-month-old Egypt. Check them out at the Kauai airport just the other day (cute)! -
Cyndi Lauper had fun in lace and chains
What can we say, at 58 years old, the girl still wants to have fun — and go goth....
Sure, the look's not for everyone, but Cyndi Lauper worked her Jean Paul Gautier ensemble. I only wish I could look that good in a lace bustier and hip-high slit. Go Cyndi!
Doesn't she look a lot like Christina Aguilera all of a sudden, come to think of it? Never mind.

Taraji P. Henson looked (a little fishy but) beautiful in Bassler
Perhaps best known for her role as Brad Pitt's mom in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which earned her an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 2009, Taraji P. Henson, 41, sparkled on the Grammy red carpet in this Basler pink-and-brown-sequined number.
It really did look a little fishy, like a pale salmon, scales and all, with what looked like a leopard-print fishtail — a little confusing! But the colour is lovely on her, and she definitely showed it off with confidence on the red carpet.
Taraji has a 16-year-old son named Marcel. -
Kate Beckinsale: Flawless in a mini dress
Surprise, surprise, Underworld: Awakening star, Kate Beckinsale (38), looked stunning and flawless in this one-shoulder, champagne Zuhair Murad mini dress, with that long, sleek black-velvet bow, matching black nail polish, and shoes by Ferragamo. Gorj!
Kate brought her daughter, 12-year-old Lily Mo Sheen, to the show! -
Pregnant Lily Aldridge flowed beside hubby, Kings of Leons's Caleb Followill
Who knew Gucci had maternity gowns?
Check out pregnant model Lily Aldridge and her hubby, Kings of Leons's Caleb Followill — both wearing Gucci. In fact the whole Grammy-nominated band wore head-to-toe Gucci. Way to represent!
Lily looked poised and elegant in this gorgeous chiffon, floral maxi dress. And Caleb looked positively dapper. Bowtie! Perfection.
Lily and Caleb are expecting their first child together. -
Diana Ross looked supreme
There she is with her son Evan, looking sharp in a glitter-cuffed black suit — just the right amount of class for the Lifetime Achievement Award winner, with a touch of that 70s sparkle. Diana, 67, looked FABULOUS!
Diana received her Lifetime Achievement Award earlier in the day, at the Grammy Special Merit Awards ceremony. She brought her 5 children, and one grandchild, on stage with her to accept her award.
It’s been such an incredible ride,’’ she said. “I’m very happy, very excited. I look forward to the future — and going into the studio to make new music.’’ -
Kelly Price dazzled in burgundy
She's only one year younger than me, and she has a grandchild! Yes, her 19-year-old son, Jeffrey, welcomed a baby girl on January 11, 2011.
Kelly Price, 38, dazzled on the red carpet in this stunning sequined burgundy number by Oliver Tolentino. But her beauty last night, and news of her new grandson were overshadowed by all the news surrounding her and Whitney Houston: Kelly is now known as the last person to sing with Whitney — last Thursday night at a Hollywood club. She and Whitney were good friends, so it was a difficult night for her.
Kelly is also mom to 18-year-old Jonia. -
