The Joy of Summer Reading
One
of the things I savour about summer is relaxing with
a good book. In fact, I associate summer
reading with some of my fondest childhood memories,
like our trips to the library
and to the comic
book exchange to stock up before heading out on
vacation.
As far as I was concerned, it just didn't get any better
than sitting in the back seat of the family car surrounded
by my precious reading material as we headed off for
a week of camping. I recall my father occasionally pleading
with me to look up and enjoy the scenery! Ironically,
my two kids have yet to exhibit the same enthusiasm
for reading, but I'm not giving up hope...
Whether your kids love to read or need

Most house fires start between midnight and 6 a.m. when you
