Dragon Brocade baby sling, Pippalily, $75
Why I love it: When
I first saw a sample of Victoria Turner's Pippalily baby slings, I fell
in love with the gorgeous Brocade fabric. Thinking back to the challenges
I had getting my baby into our Baby Bjorn, I wish I had this stylish
option back then. But all is not lost. This sling is good for newborns
to toddlers (up to 30 pounds) so I still have a few more months to tote
my two-year-old around on my hip.

Lisa loves...
Twilight Turtle, Cloud b $50
Why
I love it: Yes, my husband and I are a little old to sleep with
a nightlight, but I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this adorable
one. (Okay, I’m a little biased – I’m a turtle lover.)
Not only is it soft and cuddly, but it projects a starry night sky
(including eight constellations you can show your child) onto the walls
and ceiling. The pretty light (in blue, green and amber) is soothing
for kids of all ages – even tired grown-ups.

8 Hour Eyeshadow and Volume Mascara, Yves Rocher, $19
Why
I love it: You could definitely call me an eye-makeup junkie. It drives
my husband nuts, but I can’t leave the house without a light dusting of
shadow and swift brush of mascara (a must for most blonds). So when I found
this two-in-one applicator with creamy shadow at one end and mascara on the
other, I thought I’d died and gone to heaven.
