perhaps you can substitute with chicken sausage and light shredded mozzarella cheese. Much healthier options and would reduce fat and calories drastically!

Yes, I started writing down the ingredients to make this tonight, but stopped as soon as I saw the calories and fat. There must be some easy ways to reduce - would have to experiment before I'd serve this at home.

792 calories and 45 grams of fat per serving??? that is outrageous and should not be served to a family or any children. Where are some healthy options???
