You will need:
1 scrap of paper
1 pencil
1 piece of clear, thin plastic
1 jar of glitter
Plus: scissors, white craft glue, a sheet of waxed paper, a needle, thread and eraser

1. Draw a simple design on the paper. Place a piece of plastic over the paper and trace the design onto the plastic. Cut it out.

2. Spread glue all over the plastic cutout or draw on a design.

3. Place the cut out on the waxed paper. Sprinkle lots of glitter over it. Shake off the extra glitter.

4. After the glue is dry, place the ornament on an eraser. Poke a hole into it by pushing the needle into the plastic through to the eraser. Pull a length of thread through the hole and tie it in a loop so your glitter ornament can be hung up.
