It's a girl for Uma Thurman, 42, and her financier boyfriend, Arpad Busson, 49!

Baby arrived yesterday, Sunday, July 15. That's all the info we have right now — no name just yet. But I'll keep you posted, of course.

This is the couple's first child together, and the third child for both of them. Uma's also mom to Maya, 13, and Levon, 10, with ex-hubby Ethan Hawke. And Arpad's got two sons, Flynn, 14, and Cy, 9.5, with ex-fiancée Elle MacPherson.

Uma pretty much laid low throughout this pregnancy — showing up here and there in a bathing suit on yachts or on a juice run.
