Guy Ritchie is expecting his fourth child!

Baby No. 4 is on the way for Guy Ritchie! This will be his second child with girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley.

Director Guy Ritchie, 43, and his girlfriend, model Jacqui Ainsley, 30, are expecting their second child together — Guy's fourth child.

Jacqui showed up by Guy Ritchie's side at the London premiere of The Dark Knight Rises earlier this week, and showed off her burgeoning bump in a cute, form-fitting little black dress.

Guy and Jacqui also have a 10-month-old son, Rafael, together. And Guy is dad to David Banda, 6.5, and Rocco, 11, with ex-wife Madonna.
